Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or to promote services.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
Assist in resolving customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide the best support possible.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Experience with cash handling and sales is advantageous.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications for client management.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on client services.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes or systems as needed.
