Pan's Mushroom Jerky launched in 2018 with four delicious flavors, all inspired by my family's original recipe and their desire for a satisfying plant-based snack. Many of my family members are vegetarian Buddhists. Because of their diet, they craved snacks that not only tasted great but also had a satisfying texture. They found that mushrooms were a great replacement for meat. Not only do they have a satisfying flavor and texture, mushrooms are also a natural sources of vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants. Today, Pan's Mushroom Jerky is produced in Portland, Oregon and is available in over 1000 stores in the United States. It all started with a recipe that had been in my family for decades. We now offer 6 flavors: Original, Zesty Thai, Applewood BBQ, Salt & Pepper, Teriyaki and Curry. Give our plant-based snack with delicious umami taste + satisfying texture a try!
